Each Instrument has unique characteristics in terms of how it is played. The instrument can affect the posture of the student/performer; it can impact the mechanics of how one's body moves and which muscles, joints and connective tissue are used and activated. For example, pianists have a very different balance in how their bodies are used compared to violinists, cellists, guitarists, and other string players.
More information HERE.
Cost: $50 CDN

Arun is also a Registered Massage Therapist and will offer individual massage sessions for adults during the week for a fee.
To register for the Workshop, please email Tracy Jewell. To book an individual RMT session with Arun, please email him directly.

IMPORTANT: The hours of the online schedule may change from day to day. Please check each day’s schedule carefully. It is best to check with your trainer for the final schedules, in case there are minor changes.
