FRIDAY CONCERTS

Tuning at 4:45 pm in the TA, cellos backstage, violin cases stay with parents.

The concert starts at 5:15 pm, followed by the orchestra concert.

Please remember to have a snack before the 4:45 p.m. tuning time and between the finale concert and the orchestra’s concert.

FRIDAY FINALE CONCERT NOTES

VIOLIN/VIOLA
• Arrive at 4:45 pm for tuning in the Theatre Auditorium
• Cases stay with parents

EXCEPT
Viola for Violinists class: put violas in cases to the right side of the auditorium by the wall
• Find your group class teacher for tuning

CELLO
• Arrive at 4:45 pm for tuning in the Theatre Auditorium.
• Soft cases with parents (Hard cello cases go in the hallway outside the TA)
• Parents hand Genevieve benches and little cellos. Once student is tuned, they can find their seat on the stage (see group class teacher for help)

PIANO
• Arrive at 4:45 pm for organization into chairs at front of TA
• Teachers will assist with footstools, etc.
