Senior Program in Piano

Students eligible: Suzuki piano students who know the complete Haydn, Sonata No. 48, or who are working at the Grade 8 piano level (RCM or Conservatory Canada) or above, including adults

Daily 3-hour program includes:
  • Daily individual lesson with Suzuki repertoire or other advanced repertoire of your choice (2 students in a one-hour class)
  • Daily String/Piano Chamber Ensemble Class or Duo Piano Class, depending on student registration
  • Solo recital performance
  • Chamber Music performance
  • Effective Practising & Confident Performance (daily seminar)
  • Play-ins

  • Composition for Beginners
  • Handbells
  • Improv
  • Music through the Ages
  • Operetta
  • Organ for Pianists
  • Percussion

Cost:
$625 CDN. Optional Classes extra
In the String/Piano Chamber Ensemble Class, pianists will study and polish a piece of chamber music (working in collaboration with string students) under the experienced guidance of one of our faculty members.

In the Duo Piano Class, pianists will study and polish a piano selection for two pianos. Once registration forms are received, students will be paired according to age and level.
